Nothing frazzles her! from the negotiations to the final closing. She is awesome at calming the nervous sellers when things were not going their way. She also helped us when we were interested in purchasing some of the furnishings from the seller. And to top it off she purchased a piece of art from the seller and gave it to us. Before the closing, Maryann took me to a great seafood restaurant. Love her company! Very enjoyable! After the closing, she brought us homemade dinner the day we were moving in, and lunch the next day! Maryann was always available, even when she was working with several other people, to answer any questions and to guide us in the right direction.
